Job Duty 1 - Maintains a schedules of appointments for a manager or office
Job Duty 2 - Monitors email and telephones of managers and office members
Job Duty 3 - Produces other documents such as instructions, spreadsheets, presentations and reports
Job Duty 4 - Maintains tracking records and filing systems
Job Duty 5 - Prepares, tracks and monitors and analyzes statistics
Job Duty 6 - Serves as recorder or working member of group
Job Duty 7 - Makes travel arrangements for unit managers
Job Duty 8 - Escorts visitors and guests
Job Duty 9 - Produces and/or prepares weekly status reports on the progress of action items
Job Duty 10 - Assists with the oversight and accounting for inventory
Job Duty 11 - Processes travel, training and POV vouchers
Job Duty 12 - Ability to communicate procedures and processes to management and colleagues
Job Duty 13 - Extensive knowledge in the use of MS Officer and internal applications
Extensive knowledge of current practices associated with filing and tracking systems, allowing efficient and rapid storage and retrieval of information - 4 years
Extensive knowledge in the use of MS Office, the Internet, and other internal applications necessary to train others - 4 years
Analytical skills sufficient to assess and interpret highly complex information from multiple sources and draw insightful conclusions – 4 years
Excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers' complex questions in a clear and concise manner – 4 years
Excellent skills in planning and organizing to systematically coordinate, track, and complete work flow in accordance with the unique guidelines and procedures of multiple agencies/organizational entities – 3 years
Strong interpersonal skills to gather task information and or project specifications from customers – 4 years
