IT Services Account Manager

This is an exciting and challenging position serving an elite client base. The job entails working closely with existing clients, as well as pursuing new business in and outside of existing accounts. Must interface with clients, recruiters, administration, and executive management.
Generate, qualify, develop, and close opportunities
Understand and convey complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
Develop account opening and penetration strategies to achieve personal quota for assigned accounts and targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage accounts for expanded sales opportunities
Track, monitor, and report sales activities
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales
Must have a demonstrated track record of sales success.
Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude.
Must be able to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to take a proactive position in understanding client needs and corporate partnering.
Must be determined to succeed, and be willing to work hard.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.
