Harassment
Alltech Int'l is

employment relationship. In keeping with our commitment, Alltech
Int'l will not tolerate, and therefore expressly prohibits, any form of
unlawful harassment.
Lockheed Martin is
committed to providing a professional work environment that is free of
physical, psychological and verbal harassment.
We will not tolerate
harassment of an employee by other employees or by others. This policy
also applies to conduct of Team Members with respect to contractors,
suppliers and customers.
Violation of this
policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including
termination. Any employee who believes that he or she has been harassed
is strongly encouraged to confront the person responsible for the
harassment and request that such conduct cease.
The employee should
promptly report the facts of the incident(s) to Alltech Int'l.
All complaints will
be investigated promptly and appropriate actions/disciplinary measures,
up to and including termination will be taken. The investigation will be
treated as confidential, with release of information only to those
individuals with a need to know.
Retaliation against
any employee for filing a complaint covered under this policy, or for
assisting in a complaint covered under this policy, is prohibited.

Instructor Personnel Issues
Once at a training
site, instructor personnel issues should be managed in the following
manner:
Violation of TSA
Policy: If an instructor is conducting training in a manner that
violates TSA policies the Task Order Manager has the authority to remove
the instructor immediately. A follow up investigation will be made
and documented.
Other Instructor
Issues: There should be an attempt to handle any other instructor issues
onsite through assistance with the Lead Instructor and the AAM (i.e.
instructor disputes, personality issues). If unable to be
resolved, the issue must go through the Task Order Manager.

includes, but is not limited to, socializing outside the classroom,
eating dinner, and attending happy hour.
Instructors are not
authorized to provide after hour instruction to a student unless the
request/reason is documented and approved by the TOM. In the event a
request is approved, two instructors must be present for after hour
instruction.
