Project Coordinator
Description:
Alltech requires Project Management Services for a Project Coordinator
to take responsibility for assigned projects with frequent interaction
with the functional areas of Marketing, Mechanical, Engineering,
Procurement, Transportation and Finance. The Project team will
initiate, plan, monitor, control and perform closeout of all assigned
projects.
Frequently meet with project stakeholders, management, and team members
to coordinate activities for multiple project milestones and
deliverables. Produce required project documentation to ensure
successful delivery of this project. Report program progress to senior
management as required.
Required:

Maintain
documentation for all projects
-
Maintain project
EPM sites and OBS consolidated site
-
Support meeting
scheduling and recording of minutes
-
Manage creation of
materials to be distributed to the field
-
Liaise among
business area stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and
validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies
and information systems
-
Support the project
team in maintaining documentation for “as-is” and proposed “to-be”
processes, business policies and business rules pursuant to business
problem resolution

Support the project
team in preparing and distributing clear business requirements, use
cases, test plans, test cases, training plans, communication plans
and other project artifacts as required consistent with Amtrak’s
System Development Methodology

Support the project
team in test plan execution, scripts and document test results, as
assigned

Assume project
management responsibilities for small initiatives and in this
capacity will be expected to create and manage project plans and
schedules, maintain and manage issues and risks, and provide project
status reporting
